Picnic Volunteer Shifts:
9:00 – 11:30am Set up
11:00 – 2:00pm Grill and/or Serve
2:00 – 4:00pm Break down/Clean up
10:30 – 3:30pm Traffic Control
11:00 – 3:00pm Activities
