Panelists: Governor Bill Walker; Dr. Jay Butler, Alaska Chief Medical Officer; Senator John Coghill, and Anchorage Police Chief Justin Doll. Moderator: Joe Vigil, KTVA 11 News. They will discuss the public safety impact of this epidemic, as well as hear the stories of Alaskans caught up in the cycle of addiction. They will take questions from the audience and on-line at KTVA.com throughout the program.
